Can anyone shed light on where this is based out of? Is it Sac International? McClellan? It peaked my interest after seeing that idiot plucked off the pickup truck in the river yesterday..

It is not International. I can't remember if it's Mather (with all the other agencies), or McClellan.

According to the "proposal", they looked at both Mather and McClellan. Station 115 was considered a good choice. I'm sure someone will know the exact answer, but I can only sorta' guess.
