SaiaNet is now implementing CapMax at all sites. As subscriber Talk Groups are migrated the Con+ channels may gradually be converted to CM as traffic decreases on Con+ and increases on CM.

Channels converted to CM must be deleted from your Con+ programming or the scanner may not track the Con+ system properly since it apparently can't recognize it is no longer a Con+ channel. It may even attempt to track the CM channel assuming it is the Con+ Control Channel.

The channels I found are now CM and have been deleted from RRDB SaiaNet Con+ listings are: Site 16 - 463.3875, Site 17-461.600, Site 25-461.4375 and Site 26-424.850.

Site 26 may be a particular problem since 424.850 is currently listed as a Con+ Control Channel.

I will do my best to keep RRDB up to date on the changes and Sentinel updates are typically issued on Mondays.

It will be sad to see it all move to the new system since it going to be all encrypted. Less stuff to listen to.
