I am not to sure what it means to have the same numbers on the screen I'm thinking one is for dispatch, and other is for fire crew

The SRC column is radio ID's.

Each subscriber unit (radio) on a trunked radio system has a specific ID it is programmed with so they can track what user/agency the radio belongs to.
