San Diego County Detentions Facilities

Hello:

Does anyone know what frequencies and/or talk groups are used for some of the county detention facilities (such as Las Colinas and Juvenile Hall) for San Diego county? I've heard almost no traffic on the published Sheriff's detentions talk groups listed for the RCS system. My question is do these facilities use other talk groups, other frequencies, or another TRS system? Any help would be much appreciated.

They're on conventional 800 if I recall correctly. Could still be UHF. :?: I know the Courthouses use conventional 800.
