I was listening to it as well. They are aircraft from SAT-1/AFl. I heard two Air France and a Lufthansa flight. Weak , but I heard air and ground. Couldn't tell what ground stations I was hearing though. I've also been hearing aircraft on 6535 which is an AFl freq I believe as well. I did hear Dakar.

The frequency 8861 kHz is used by the MWARA AFI-1 and SAT-1. Furthermore, RDARA users from Eastern European countries (Kazakhstan or Russia) can also be heard there, sometimes also regional aeronautical radio from India. So at least my observations here from Germany.
