IS this the only agency you are not hearing ?

If multiple agencies, it could be you antenna / coax / connection
or even an in-advertant hit of the Attenuation button

Yes
They have had communication issues so not sure if upgrade in process or using a secondary frequency. Even daily shift info no coming in
All other surrounding agencies remain as usual

Getting them Loud and Clear here to the south with a stock antenna, so I would suggest
a. Double check you didn't lock them out
b. Double check you didn't ATT them [attenuation]

Finally heard one unit on. Very poor signal. I am close to station. No FD issues

Well if you are getting them weak and in Saugus [PD Station has no bearing, as that is NOT where the Repeater is]
and I am getting them real strong on the South Shore, you need to double check you settings [as previously indicated]

IF that is the case, all solutions point back to your end.

Again if I am hearing them, South of the City, with no issues
Stock, inside antennas - then the issue is on your end.

As I type this [2pm] they have been talking
