Created Atlantic Province with the Charlottetown (PE) Tower, and all the TGIDs you had imported, under it like it should be, removing duplicates.

Removed duplicates out of conventional entries.

Try it and see if it works.

When you program your scanner always make sure to have it set to erase all the programming in your scanner. Otherwise you'll end up with all the duplications.

I do but there was there was some frequencies I added to the program that are not on the DB for some of the local fire departments and they put the Tx and Rx so when ya copy from the site it gives both and same frequencies but offset is different

Not sure what is going on but I loaded it and I was testing it earlier this evening and there was chatter going on my main scanner and nothing on the feed scanner with the file you did up
I am thinking I might just remove the feed and turn this one off as it has me going crazy trying to figure things out

OK, you had no Quick keys set, so I set up the quick keys. Before you give completely up try this new file.

Be sure you set Proscan to erase the files before uploading. Your upload screen should look like below

So the wife was home today and she was listening to the feed scanner and said that the fire departments were coming in but no Department of Transportation (P25) but on our other 996 P25 was coming in

Can you post the programming from the other 996 so I can compare the two side by side? Makes me think the other one is using a different tower.

P25 threshold is set to Auto (worked great before)

On the scanner that is not receiving your DoT, are their NACs programmed in? If so, set their NACs to "search", and see if that changes reception.

Here is a file with ALL the Kings county towers and the Charlottetown tower (which I don't think you are receiving, because it only has a 10 mile range). See if you get any thing on it. If you do, note what tower or towers are being received, and let me know.
