There is a group of SC21 talkgroups in the 10000-10018 range (so far) that see intermittent use and I'm wondering if anyone knows the official designations for them. Illinois State Police appears to be the primary user, but other state agencies like Illinois Secretary of State Police and Illinois National Guard have been noted on them occasionally as well. Possibly some kind of incident/interoperabilty usage?
