Is anyone getting "Account Suspended" message when they go scanmaritimes.com?

Or am I being blocked for some reason?
I just joined the site yesterday and already posted in the forum, so would seem strange.

I get the same result.

I popped it into "down for everyone or just me" and it said it was up
Down For Everyone Or Just Me -> Check if your website is down or up?
... so I carried on and got the Account Suspended page.

Actually, I get it as on-line, however it is a Not Secure website.
