Scanner / Amateur radio shops?

Hey, does anyone know of any scanner shops in Clark county or Whatcom county? I have yet to be able to find one besides Radio Shack.

i know this isn't in Clark or Whatcom county, but i just found a radio shop in seattle called ABC communications. i haven't been there yet, but it looks pretty cool.

They do carry scanners! I got my BC-T15 from them! Matter of fact, I just got their catalog in the mail today. The nice thing about them is that you will receive the product in about 2-3 days.... as long as they have what you want in stock at their store. ABC communications isn't all that great a place from what I understand. I don't see any modern,advanced trunk trackers available from them. I made the "mistake" of purchasing locally,I got a Pro96 on order from my local Radio shack. If I had to do it all over again,I might have waited and purchased on line. PSR-500.

I don't know about lately, but the last time I was in ABC was about 3 years ago, and I won't be going back. The merchandise was outdated, WAY overpriced (a pair of 5-7 year-old FRS radios were going for $159.99), the guy running the place was rude and almost aggresively disinterested in helping me, and the two-three guys hanging out there were absolute dicks.

i just got back from here about 5 hours ago, ABC i never had good work with, its worth the drive for HRO. (i had other business down there) also they ship in 2-3 so its totally worth using them.
