I just recently aquired a Superstar CB and feel I am going to blow the front end of my PRO-2067 while transmitting the CB with the scanner on. Is there any type of filter I could install on the line to decrease the receive interferance? What do you all recommend?
Thanks, Andy

Use good cable, and separte the antennas vertically as far as you can.
Ground everything.

My guess is you will do no damage if you take care, but you may not be able to receive with the scanner when you transmit with the CB.

I use 50 watt Amateur Radio (6m, 2m, & 70cm) and 100 watt Motorola commercial radio equipment (VHF & UHF) along with my Pro-2067 with no problems. And I have a CB (4 watt) also, that's never interferred with the 2067. All antennas are mounted either on the roof of my extended cab PU or on top of the headache rack right behind the cab. Are you actually having a problem, or are you worrying in advance?

Simple rule: Put one on the left side and one on the right. Dont mount them next to each other. Better yet turn off the 2067 if you must talk.

I have a 800, vhf, uhf and a peaked cb in my car. I have never had any problem except my siren speaker sometimes broadcasts the cb is you dont turn it off otherwise I have no problems. Are you running some type of amp and what type of antennas are you running

I am running a radio shack scanner antenna (not sure of P/N) and a Wilson 1000 CB antenna. The CB is stock with no amp. What worried me was when transmitting on CB, I would get flutter on stations close to the CB band (IE 39.42). I normally run squelch on the scanner at a min (maybe I should increase it some). I know 4 - 5 watts isn't alot but I don't want to kill my 2067 either. Thanks for the ideas so far.
