I bought a radio from Scanner Master and got this with my confirmation. Hope it is legit as I am not happy about me being signed up for something without my permission and having my payment info.

What is Link services ?
Link Services is for storing payment/financial information, you might be referring to Link by Stripe, which saves payment details for faster checkout.
