Pro-668: Scanner nor Scanning due to error 3"01

Need some help with my 668 I have tried everything I know. Found what the code was and have reformatted the sd card. I tried a new sd card and that did not work. Found a different usb cable and got no where. Can some help?.

Those errors are pretty much always the SD card. It's remotely possible that the new one you got was defective. You might have to try another one.

Also, if you were using the iScan utility to format, try something like SD Formatter. It will do a better job.
