ProScan: Error codes while using Proscan

A friend just received an SDS-150 scanner. I created an sd card from my SDS-100 files. He inserted the sd card and booted up the SDS-150.
Everything has worked good. He has downloaded Proscan and has used some functions on it.
He has tried to read the sd card from the SDS-150 in order to add to the favorites and got error codes, tried a different sd card and same results.
He can use Sentinel and it works OK.
Ideas?
I have used Proscan for numerous years and have never received any error codes!

I’m guessing the location for finding/storing fav lists and profiles has not been set in ProScan. I set mine to same directory that Sentinel uses.

We need pictures of the screen not 2nd hand information. We could play fool the guesser for the next week or 2.

If there's an error code, why doesn't your friend send me a Bug Report so I can send him test files until fixed.
Also you didn't state the version #. It's most difficult troubleshooting in line like this.
