SDR# Scanner not showing up AirSpy sdr#

I have setup AIRSPY SDR# Studio v1.0.0.1921 several times and have had no problems on my Windows desktop, and I am re-installing the software again. Downloaded the program and set it up no problems, Went back to the SDR AirSpy site and downloaded the SDR# Community Plugin Package (maintained by Rodrig Pérez) use the installer and I look and see that all the plugins are in the SDR#, but the scanner plugin is not in the list. I have tried several times and I can not get the scanner plugin to show up.
Any help appreciated.

So allot of those plugins were hosted on rtl-sdr. ru which no longer exists, you see the plugin dll's or floders??

Just downloaded the plugins from the link you posted, deleted the plugins folder in the SDR# directory and replaced it with the new one I downloaded and all the plugins show up except the scanner. ????. Cant figure it out I had no problem on my dell computer all the plugins are were they should be.

I found the problem the sdr# was opening SDRSHARP.DOTNET9, I now have it opening sdrsharp.dotnet8 and no problems now.
