Scanner Programmers in Concord, NC area

TOTAL newbie here that has had scanners most of my life but now have a trunking scanner. Is their a local small business/person that programs Cabarrus County and neighboring points of interests for a Uniden BCD996P2 ? Thanks for any feedback (other than "read the manual" lol).

Cabarrus County is 100% UASI.

I checked the towers on this page: Charlotte UASI Trunking System, Charlotte, North Carolina

5/6 are Simulcast, but. The Mooresville tower:

-is the county tower your 996p2 can hear.

You will need to download scanner programming software. Go to this link: Freescan download site, to start with. Since you are 'newbie'.

It is easier using the software, than. Programming it by hand.
