Scanner programming establishments

Hi everyone- My mom lives in the Fayetteville, Raeford road/hopemills road area and she has a base scanner she needs programmed. She took it to radio shack (where she bought it) and they say they can't program her scanner. Does anyone know of anyone who programs police/fire scanners close to where she lives and also pricing- I would really appreciate the help! huh a radio shack where people dont know how to work a scanner wht a surprise.... what type is it and maybe we can point you in the right direction as far as programming software
