What model scanner and programming software do you have? I suggest that you click on Report and request that your thread be moved to the Massachusetts forum. There will be a lot of people in your area who can help. Someone may have a file they can share with you.

you will be better off if you read the owners manual for your scanner and whatever programming software that you choose to use while you play with your scanner, thars how you learn how to program it yourself.
