Scanner with transmit capabilities?

1. You work for an employer with a radio system
2. If your employer wanted yout to have a radio, he'd give you one
3. We shouldn't be giving information to people on how to get and/or program two way radios when we have no idea what purpose it will be used for.

I am closing this thread before this new person get more abused.
I am sure at this point the OP realizes that what he wants doesn't exist.
Maker177, if you need a radio to communicate at work, then I am sure your employer would provide one. If you want to listen to other things, then you just need to shop for a cheap scanner (although your price limit, limits your choices.)
