ScannerCast Help - Running Multiple Copies

Heyy, I am trying to run two systems on scannercast. I read the scannercast instruction to see how I could run multiple copies, but it didn't work. Can anybody help me with scannercast?

I just copy it to a separate directory, delete the ini file, and start it...

Exactly what jhsands said... I'm currently running 4 instances at once.
