Mailed my PSR-800 to Scannermasters, arriving there on Feb 23rd, for re-programming, and a follow-up inquiry, resulted in a reply that it would be returned 5 weeks later, during the week of March 23rd. It seems to be an excessive amount of time, and certainly others considering this option, should take note. If It is returned sooner, I will gladly report that development, to be fair to their organization.
Scannermasters "turn-around" time......

What exactly are they reprogramming? I think most people would just learn how to program it themselves and save the time and money.
A stroke has "clipped" my wings, and updating the device and SIM Card is beyond my abilities at this time.

I've seen some Scanner Master representatives post on the forums here from time to time. Hopefully they see this and expedite the process.
That being said, maybe they are doing some in-region testing since New Jersey is not that far from Massachusetts. Or maybe they will be in communication with locals to confirm effectiveness.
