Scappoose, PD Frequency?

I am new to Oregon and am looking to program my scanner. When I search for my local Police Department (Scappoose), I cannot seem to find a specific Scappoose PD frequency. The closest I come is to the frequencies for the Sheriff in Columbia County. Can anyone clarify for me. Greatly appreciated.

The first 3 frequencies are repeater outputs. The 4th is a fixed base. From FCC database.

154.785 is the dispatch frequency for Sheriff and all peedees in Columbia County including Scappoose.

Scappoose from what i understand has channel that they use as well, but never seen it post or had chance to check my self.
