Scarborough Town Centre Security went digital?

Anybody know if Scarborough Town Centre Security went digital?

All Im hearing on them is digital noise, and I dont think its P25 as the 996 doesnt seem to decode it.

452.5375 - main channel
452.8125 - maintenance

Both seem digital

I havent listened for a while but tuned in today to hear any action (there was a protest outside the Canada government office beside the Town Centre / RT). Thats when I heard the digital noise.

These frequencies are shared with a few other malls as well but im fairly close to the Town Centre and the signal is strong.

Possibly a switch to Mototrbo? I Will have to go scope out the radios their using this week.
