SCHP uses 30608 Ch.9 Special Ops 1.

7088 Law Enforcement in stadium (RichCo SD, Cola PD, and USC PD)

11152 Richland Co. SD Special Ops
16048 Richland Co. EMS Special Events
I would also scan the SC Mutial Aid talkgroups-various ones have been active in the past.
