Scranton, PA DPW frequency?

I found this frequency on another site, because it's not in the RR database.

158.8950

It is listed as Scranton's DPW. I looked it up on the FCC website and did a geosearch and shows nothing for it in Lackawanna County. Does anyone know the correct frequency for Scranton's DPW?

I've heard so many plow trucks in the past 4 days I'm not sure who is who.

I have 464.8000 as Scranton City DPW...I have it marked as confirmed so I assume I've heard activity.

I'm pretty sure WB Police/Fire use 158.8950...not a lot but they do have it.

The 895 freq was used by Scranton dpw abt 20 years ago...the UHF freq posted above is the correct one.
The 895 freq is used by WB PD as an input to 154.800 a repeater
