SDPD Western Division Dispatch 2 seems to have gone dead on both 700 Mhz and 800 Mhz frequencies.

I've noticed that recently that I have stopped picking up Dispatch 2 conversations when requests come in to switch from Dispatch 1 to Dispatch 2. This is occurring on my scanner that is using to monitor 700 Mhz and the one I use to monitor 800 Mhz. Does anyone know if the talk group assigned to Western D2 has changed, or are they now using encryption for D2?

I show active calls on Western D2 as recent as 30 minutes ago. This is from the 700mhz system.
