I'm not certain I understand your question.
What SDR device are you using with SDRSharp v1918?

Here is my RTL-SDR V3 dongle with SDR# v1918 on my W10 Laptop:

Thank you so much
RTL-SDR NOOELEC
Previous version normal。1918 configure source can't open
system WIN10 64X
Thank you for the additional information. That looks like the Nooelec NESDR SMArt v5 SDR - HF/VHF/UHF (100kHz-1.75GHz) RTL-SDR. RTL2832U & R820T2-Based Software Defined Radio. The installation should be similar to the RTL-SDR V3.
Perhaps a screenshot of the configure source
That would be a good idea. You can capture a screen shot using the prt sc (print screen) key and paste into Paint > File > Save as > JPEG picture. I can guide you through it step-by-step if you would like that. Like this:

Download zip file:

v1918 download zip file_1.jpg

Extract zip file into folder:

v1918 extract all_1.jpg

File in folder and renamed:

v1918 extracted and renamed_1.jpg

Folder opened:

v1918 folder opened_1.jpg

Shall I continue with more steps?

Click on install-rtlsdr while connected to the internet:

v1918 install-rtlsdr_1.jpg

v1918 downloading Driver_Archive_1.jpg

v1918 downloading Driver_Archive2_1.jpg

Check Device Manager. If it looks likes this, the driver for the SDR is probably OK:

v1918 check Device Manager_1.jpg

More later after some food.

To continue:
But if there are no USB Devices listed in the Device Manager, you will have to use the Zadig that comes with 1918 after you have installed-rtlsdr while connected to the internet as shown above.

v1918 DevMgr NO USB Device2_1.jpg

Open Zadig:

v1918 click on Zadig_1.jpg

Uncheck Ignore Hubs:

v1918 uncheck Ignore Hubs_1.jpg

Look for Composite Parent: (You might have to unplug SDR and reinsert in USB port to find all devices.)

v1918 Composite Parent_1.jpg

Click on Replace Driver:

v1918 Replace Driver_1.jpg

Click on Yes:

v1918 click on Yes_1.jpg

Driver Installed:

v1918 Driver Installed_1.jpg

Check Device Manager for device:

v1918 Check DevMgr3_1.jpg

More later.

It's back to normal after reinstalling the system, thank you very much :giggle::giggle:
I'm glad that I was able to help you.

I will finish the tutorial in case anyone else needs it.

I bought a Nooelec NESDR SMArt v5 SDR to be certain it works the same way with SDRSharp v1918 as the RTL-SDR V3; it does.

To continue:

Open SDRSharp:

v1918 folder opened_1.jpg

If it is a new copy of 1918, it will show Airspy as the Source device. If you have used it before, it will show RTL-SDR as the source device:

v1918 open new SW_1.jpg

Select source:

v1918 select source.jpg

Source selected:

v1918 source selected.jpg

Open zoom bar:

v1918 open zoom bar2.jpg

The last 2 images are with the Nooelec NESDR SMArt v5 SDR:
