Is there an antenna combiner that exists? I am looking to use 6 SDR USB dongles and would rather not have to use an antenna for each one.

CATV drop amps work great for this. That's what I use. Dirt cheap on Amazon or eBay
if you are in an area with a strong signal try this screwed directly onto the sdr’s SMA conndctor:
Six of these would make a pretty neat setup without a tangle of cables if the would work in your case. I use them to decode a 800 mhz P25 digital system and they work great.
