Hello. I am new to SDR. I am able to get my local VHF and UHF channels working. I am trying to listen to the Kentucky State Police Post 3. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Nothing I try is working. Do I create a separate channel for each frequency or do I create one and add all the frequencies. Not sure where to start. It is a phase 1 p25 system. I am not seeing a control channel. Thanks for any help.

Phase 1 systems need a control channel for the field units, or subscribers, to listen to and get channel/talkgroup data/voice. You can go to the database and find the control channels.
Then, you have to put that into a program that can decode the control channel. I like to use SDRTrunk

In that case, any P25 demodulator should work
