I normally leave SDR# running 24/7 with the fast scanner & audio recorder running so that I can go back and review later. (I also use the simple APCO plugin as well)

Question:

Is there a way to log the inbound NAC during unattended operation? it would be INCREDIBLY helpful if the audio recorder put the Rx NAC in the file name.....

ideas?

The "fast scanner", that's scanning ranges, right? Or is it scanning preset freqs? If latter, DSDPlus with scanlist and logging enabled would work.

yes, but this requires a 'scanlist' - no good for searching out new freqs..... (and the DSD+ scanlist function is dreadfully slow)

I'm looking to have the functionality of 'fast scanner' with the logging capabilities of DSD+...... save audio with file tagged with freq and NAC.

It would be awesome if Fmpx would also allow users to scan a range like the fast scanner plug in and log the details.

All I can think of is run SDR# with plugin feeding DSDPlus and match the event log to the hits in SDR#.
