Wow I've experienced exactly the opposite with SDR#, in what sense is it "clunky" to use?

its laid out poorly
as well as i dont like the way things are controlled
im not saying its bad
i just have no like for it

i dont now yet if this prog has plugins like for dsd+ (i thin thats it) too listen too edacs or p25 stuff.

as for DSD
a fellow wrote a gnu radio block that does p25,nxdn,dstar,dmr among others
for monitoring things i use ShinySdr and that picks up the gr-dsd block
here is a pic of something like 6 p25 receivers running in a browser tab
with a terminal running showing whats being decoded

if one would like a dsd like tool for inside of gqrx
the leave that question on the request list on the Gqrx githup page
he is very responsive and loves input
he may already have a way to pipe the iq data to a external program as it is

it seems all of the software devs are moving towards having transmit capabilities to use with tools like the hackrf and other sdr based radios
now CubicSdr has rig control via hamlib so the radio will track the software and vice versa

what a long strange trip its been
