The mini is doing pretty good so far. I read that it will get very hot and wow, it did. I had a aluminum heat sink laying around and all I do is place it ontop and the thing runs very cool now.I need to learn how exactly to use the settings that are new to me. Lna, mixer and vga with individual slides. Then there is Sensitivity 0 - 21 and Linearity 0 - 21. I know it must have been skip the other day, because I was receiving NWS from New Jersey and another from Delaware. I am also convinced my cable amp that I was using might be casting images. I also think I may be getting noise from my usb cable. I am going to try ferrite chokes as soon as I find some that might fit.. I also saw some people remove the metal on the usb cable. I am on Long Island and I receive most of what I am interested in. I would like to pull in more from CT. I also get a fed parks agency from Jersey. Anyway, still learning. Very happy my Sdrsharp is working. After seeing 200+ registry entries , well, you know the deal..
