Ah. In that case, it would not have anything to do with how fast a talk group is "picked up." Frequency Rotation in SDRTrunk-speak means how fast the program cycles through the control channel list when the program searches for the system's active control channel.

Should that be different if it has a delay
The Frequency Rotation setting is used when SDRTrunk is searching for the control channel. It will cycle through each frequency in the list of frequencies until it finds the active control channel. (Remember there is only one active control channel for each site). If you are receiving a weak signal or your ppm is off, it may need more time to detect it. If the "Now Playing" tab shows that you are staying locked on the control channel, there should be no need to adjust this setting

The Frequency Rotation setting does not have anything to do with how fast it picks up a talkgroup.

<edit> Sorry - did not see previous response.

The screenshots show a USB error - transfer buffers exceeded. It is likely that the USB port you are using does not have enough bandwidth.

The first step is to try connecting to other USB ports on the computer. (You will need to restart SDRtrunk after swapping ports.)

How are you currently connecting your devices? Are they directly connected to the pc? Are you using a hub? What devices share the same hub? How many usb ports does your pc have?

Have you tried connecting the airspy to another usb port?
It's connected to a hub with a rtl sdr and tried another hub but the rtl sdr works fine

I changed the Airspy from 10 MHz to 2.5 MHz and it's working but with the frequency is from 851-860 with the CC is 853.700 would I get the other frequencies with only the CC
