I am listening to a local business NXDN system in the UHF band with about eight channels I noticed that for a maintenance channel they use RAN 1

I’m not picking up any traffic on any of the other channels and I was wondering I suppose I should set my RAN code for 0,

so that’ll pick up any transmissions on those other frequencies here a screenshot of our maintenance channel

Any suggestions

RAN 0 is actually a RAN. The start at 0 and end at 63. If you set it to RAN 0 that is the code it is listening for. As dmfalk stated set it to search.

Looks like you programmed it as Conventional, should be programmed as NXDN Trunking with the proper LCN's to trunk track the system.

Are the 8 channels used conventionally or are they part of a trunked system? Can you link the license? All 8 may not be in use. If conventionally then there's no need for LCNs but as mentioned before, set Digital code option to "search"
