SDS-200 Firmware Update. Help With, Please

Hello,

Will blame it on old age now, but would be most appreciative
if someone could please walk me thru, exactly, the steps to update
my SDS-200 with the latest Firmware which, apparenty was just released.

When I turn on the unit, I select "USB Mass Storage"
Right ? (probably wrong ?)

Then I go to Sentinel, and go to "Update Firmware"
Can't get anything to happen.

Hate to admit it, but I have problems these days with
this kind of endeavor.

Would really appreciate help starting with the turning
On of the unit, and then what to do.
