SDS 200 Menu Selecting Question

Hello,

A very basic question, but am getting back to using my SDS 200, and a bit
confused over this:

I go to Menu, and, e.g., select Manage Favorites.
I press the E button.

I go several layers deep, each time by selecting with therotary Scroll knob and pressing E.

Fine, no problem.

But, how do I "backtrack" back up to a previous level ?

If I press Avoid, it goes back to Scanning
Pressing E doesn't either, as it just selects something on the level I'm at.

Push the Squelch knob.

The menu button will back up 1 level for each push.

Most of the questions you've asked & we've answered are addressed in the Easier to read manual. I'd suggest giving it a read to familiarize yourself with the scanner's basic operations

Hello,
I do read Mark's Guide.
Very often. A great asset, for sure.

But, not all things in it are explained fully, or clear enough at times (for me).
That old age problem again, I guess.

Many of the folks here do a much clearer and better job, for some of the items and techniques.
