Recently , I experience more of garbled audio under this FW than previous. In addition the flashing non audio ENC talk groups continues. . Same non ENC talk groups however sounds perfect on my G5.

Notice that the last transmission recorded there was 7:01:05 PM (yesterday), but currently (today) at 5:38 AM my SDS100 still gets stuck on that TG -- even though the transmission is silent (have SQL set to 3).
The picture shows a full 5 bar signal and -60dBm which is a huge signal. Does it show that signal level when it performs as it should on that site? If it is the same signal strength then could they be transmitting data and it get s stuck due to a bug that the scanner doesn't recognize it as data and not a voice call?

If it is a much lower signal level during normal conversations on that site then it's probably an interference issue that the signal you receive are partially blocked by another frequency that can be several MHz away. Try the filter settings for that site, change between Normal and Invert, or enter that frequency by Channel+770.75625+Channel and then do Fn+7 to toggle IFX on. Then continue scan.

The signals are between 4-5 bars with -60 to-70 DBM and D Errors of 2-4 as the TT s are about 4-5 miles West and South West of my QTH.. Your analogies are on point and makes perfect sense. I will experiment with the filters and IFX to remedy the issue.
Thanks for your time.

I'm late to this thread, did you get the firmware to update?

I had an issue when I tried to update using my ISP. My computer is connected to my WiFi and through that to the ISP. Either the WiFi or the ISP is blocking Sentinel from connecting to the Uniden server. I connected my computer via my Verizon jetpack bypassing both the router and the ISP server.

I'm not an expert, but my guess is that my ISP (Spectrum) is blocking the port that I needed to connect to the Uniden server. Going through Verizon via my Jetpack worked with no issue. As I recall I had to do the same thing with the last update as well.

Just tried 1 second ago would not up date not working for me !
