Whst computer are you using? I had that happen to me with an old Windows XP computer until I updated the RAM to 2 Gig.

When anything strange happens on the SD card type scanners, the first and easiest thing to rule out is the SD card. Reformat the card, clear user data, and write your data from Sentinel back to the card.

Hit cancel and send it to the scanner again. Mine has done this and it's because the next window to pop up is hidden by Windows behind the screen you see.

Mine did the same. I cancelled it then started again and when without issue.
