You mean by turning them both on under " lists to monitor? So it scans both?

If you don't have both the Medina County and Lorain County talkgroups in the Medina County system and both the Medina County and Lorain County talkgroups in the Lorain County system, you may miss radio traffic when scanning both systems. If you program only the Medina County talkgroups in the Medina County system and only the Lorain County talkgroups in the Lorain County system, here is what happens: You are close to the border of both counties. If a Medina County unit affiliates with the Grafton site, you may not hear it. If a Lorain County unit affiliates with the Medina site, you may not hear it. Personally, I would set up a single system for MARCS with 2 sites (Medina & Grafton) and the talkgroups for both counties. It's a little different when you are located in the center of a county near to a site. If you want to monitor the 5-City system in Lorain County, that will need to be set up as a separate system with only its own talkgroups and site.

I can pick up post 52 osp in north western Lorain county on cuyahoga county simulcast site. I am also having a similar problem picking up Ohio Edison Lorain county, shows data but no voice on Elyria’s site, Berlin heights site. FYI.
