Sds100 not picking up local

I am unable to hear local PD and Fire in AZ gila county. I have tried to check if they are encrypted but I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have the proper Service Types enabled.

They may be operating on a NXDN repeater, you would need the NXDN upgrade for your SDS, but it is not showing encrypted, unlike Payson Police (note the capital E).

Thanks I did do the upgrade to NXDN and checked the service types but still not hearing anything. I will keep messing with my setting to see if I messed something up.

APS is a mostly statewide electric utility provider.

In a State full of P-25 I/II public safety agencies, Gila county agencies went NXDN for some unknown reason.

Are you monitoring vis the Full Database or did you create a custom favorites list?

If it's the latter, try the former and see if that helps.
