I gotta be doing something wrong here....I did a bunch of work on the personality last night. I dumped it into the radio, and this morning, none of my work is there.

Obviously you missed a step.
I’d just do it again. Where are the changes not showing up, in Sentinel or in the scanner?

Did you turn the radio off after the upload was done, then turn it back on?
If using Sentinel is "Download and Monitor" set to "On" in your profile for the favorite lists?
I agree with above post. . .
If you create a new Favorites List, for some reason or another, Sentinel will set the Download and Monitor field flags to Off. I'm sure there is a method to the madness.
Another couple of thoughts if the above doesn't help:
Are you using Start Up keys? If so, the changes may be there but just didn't get loaded because they aren't part of the Start Up Key (very remote possibility especially for a new user, but I thought I'd mention it.)
Did you save your changes to your Profile and if so, could there be multiple Profiles involved? As in you changed Profile A, but actually wrote Profile B. (Again, something a "newish" user may not employ, multiple Profiles, but just throwing it out.)
As you can see, these new scanners are complicated with a lot of little things to frustrate new users. But eventually, you catch on - most of us have experienced these same challenges.
