Can someone advise the overall height of this unit WITH the mounting bracket (as shown in many of the catalog photos). I see the standard dimensions in the data sheet, but don't know how much to add for the bracket.

Thanks!

It's about 4 inches with the bracket attached.

The top of the scanner is 4 inches off the table with the bracket attached to the bottom.

It obviously depends on how much up-tilt you have on the scanner. If the back of the scanner is nearly touching the surface it's on, then yeah it'll be closer to 4" at the front. So the real answer is "it varies depending on the tilt of the scanner".

Right. So don't measure when it's tilted.
Translation: Don't bother getting real world results, just give the one number that works for you because you don't tilt your scanner. Good grief.

Again, the answer is that it could vary depending on the angle of the scanner. Now let's stop the nonsense.

You must have a different bracket than I do.... View attachment 108934View attachment 108933
Without modifying my current set-up (see my pic), 3-1/2" would just fit. If it's a little bigger, I think that I could shim up my monitor stand to give me a little more room.IMG_5198.jpg

I just ordered one, and speak w/o any hands on knowledge......... Do you need air space around the unit for ventilation?

Somewhere out west
Not for ventilation, but keep in mind that the speaker is on the bottom, so it would be good to have a bit of space below it.
