That's the most likely suspect.
I have programmed the South Carolina SC HEART DMR system into my SDS200 as I added the DMR option. It shows in my Favorites list and when I read the scanner it also shows in there. When I select that list to scan it comes up: Scan Mode—Nothing to Scan. I have been programming DMR for may years in Motorola and Anytone radios but never into this scanner. Is this showing because no radio traffic being heard or is that favorite list just empty and I have missed something? Thanks
Is this the system you are trying to monitor?

If so, all the listed talkgroups on that system have "Ham" as the service type. Enable that service type in your profile. You can also edit active service types on the scanner.

Select that menu option on the scanner.

If a specific type shows as "On", it will be scanned. If it shows as "Off", the scanner will ignore it. Highlight the service type in question & press the
E/enter key to toggle between on & off.
If, as in this example (look at Business) you see dashed lines instead of an On or Off, then there are no channels or talkgroups in your active Favorites list matching that service type.
While you can flip them on or off on the scanner, update your Profile to turn that service type on. Otherwise, if you leave that type unchanged in your profile, it will overwrite your programming, including manually turning that service type "On" on the scanner's menu.
