SDS200 Not showing TG names only ID numbers

Data base updated and does shows name.After uploading to my scanner,aTG id numbers only show up no names.

Are said talkgroups programmed into a favorites list? A simple database update alone does nothing to modify FLs

Did you read the scanner into the software before doing the update?

Also turn off ID search when you make sure your talkgroups of interest are programmed in if you don't want unknown TGIDs to pop up.
