Situation:

SDS200 and BCD536HP.
Identical programming.
identical antennas.
Exact same L3Harris P25p2 system(in progress; patched from existing EDACS system).
536 receives P2 traffic just fine. 200, hit or miss.
Units in same exact location.

536 receiving traffic smoothly, while 200 suffers.

The filter I have set(Wide Invert) gives me best RSSI and 0 D-Error. The squelch is set at that because at no time did the squelch help anything.

I've check everything without ProScan, even swapped antennas. Same result. The SDS200 seems to struggle,

Try with the filter off. I found on my 200 that while some filter settings yielded a better rssi value, I was missing transmissions.

No. I don't bother with weather. I just go outside from time to time to check on that.

Well then, good luck with your issue , you've made your decision. Buy another 536 if it's working well , and sell your SDS200. Maybe if you're looking for help, don't be such a pr**k next time.

At around the 4:40 mark, you’ll see 4 units on screen.

SDS200—BCD536HP
SDS100—BCD325P2

The units, minus the SDS200, seem to have no problem decoding traffic. The 200 later joins the party.

Not sure if this is the issue, but Department Quick Key 2 is not enabled. If the departments you can’t hear are assigned to DQK 2 that may be why you can’t hear them.
