Update the Firmware so you have the latest.
Then begin programming by creating your Favorite Lists.
Make sure you enable Service Types,

From a Pro-197 straight to an SDS200 is quite the leap. Expect a significant learning curve but plenty of resources & folks willing to lend you a helping hand right here on the Uniden forums.
Step one REMAIN CALM. 
. It’s a different beast, try not to equate the Pro-197 methods to the SDS200. Take a tour in youtube for sentinel programming. It’s there many guys posting how to and some going as far as how to get the scanner online feeding to a stream.

Are you using the USB on the front of the scanner ?
yes. And the computer found and updated (drivers?) for it
Is your Windows 10 or 11 PC have all the updates?
Also is the scanner on when connnecting the PC?

10 and it is updated to the latest update as of this morning
Is the scanner powered on when you connected the USB cable?
yes
Disconnect the usb cable and try to update Master database. Also under Tools select SDS 200 on Sentinel

When you plug the USB cable into the scanner, do you press E to enter USB Mass Storage?
It could be your ISP security setting.
Is it Sentinel Version 2.05 revision 3
