SDSO Dispatch Power outage

Power outage at the comm center has affected SDSO dispatch

They are working on handhelds in the comm center. No radios, no phones, only handhelds.

I guess they've moved to a temporary backup location because they don't appear to be on the handhelds anymore, however the blackout persists. I heard on what I think is a little used talkgroup36080 that there were failures in the system preventing the backup system from kicking in and they should prepare for the long haul while they are troubleshooting.
