Search Mode PRO 106 Michigan

I was using the search Aircraft mode and came across this.

Frequency:380.42500 and showed it as P25: 300 Is this possibly P25NAC since it shows the 3 digit# 300

Thats the first time I actually caught that frequency. It was loud and clear. Obviously military since they were using alpha tango,etc.
Talking about Sector. Sorry I'm not that familiar with miltary stuff.
Does that belong to Selfridge?
Or is this the Justice Department?

Also the frequency listed is Conventional but as I mentioned it shows up as P25 300

My bet is nearby SAFB on a 380 P25 trunking system.
Joint National Capital Region (Fort Meade) Trunking System, Fort Meade, Maryland - Scanner Frequencies These systems are all over the country these days.
