Searching for a Tower Sitemap for Nebraska

Greetings to the group.
I'm trying to use FreeScan to program Nebraska. I need a map of the tower (transmission) sites to know which one is closest to the areas I wanted to scan. I did use the Search engine here, but I'm not finding anything that will help me program county by county, or down to a city level. The sitenames don't match.

Radio Reference generates a map based on FCC licenses:
Site Map: Nebraska State Radio System Trunking System - FCC Licenses

Or based on Radio Reference Site GPS coordinates:
Site Map: Nebraska State Radio System Trunking System - Radio Reference GPS Coordinates

These maps are dynamically updated and will show tower sites documented in the database and will update when towers are added or changed in the database.
