Since getting my Radio shack Pro163 I've dedicated a lot of time to finding new activity. I am monitoring a lot of systems and frequencies that I normally wouldn't at all .

Setting aside an un used bank when I find a potential new set of frequencies, or in this case a trunked system. The system in question seems to be a motorola type II, I have tried programming it as such. And I have tried everything else with no luck.

Sys id comes up as 6517

Associated frequencies 938.925 938.90 938.9375 939.00 938.9125

talkgroups 560 and 2516

Looks like:

UBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT 1 OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY
PO Box 1107
EVERETT, WA 98206

ULS License - Other Indust/Land Transp. 896-901/935-940 MHz, Trunked License - WNYK464 - PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT 1 OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY

They actually have several licenses/callsigns active, but that one seems to include the freqs you've already found and more.

Code:
Call Sign/Lease ID Name FRN Radio Service Status Expiration Date
1	WNYK464 PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT 1 OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY 0001564343 YI Active 02/28/2022
2	WPHZ900 Public Utility District #1 of Snohomish County 0001564343 YI Active 08/03/2015
3	WQNH255 PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY 0001564343 YI Active 02/04/2021
4	WQNH256 PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY 0001564343 YI Active 02/04/2021
